Outlook Express

Start Outlook Express and click Tools > Message Rules > Mail.

This will then take you to the message rule setup screen.

Check the box "Where the message body contains specific words". Next, click the underlined "contains specific words" to edit the rule. You may then add any word followed by clicking the add button. In the example below, we have used several words to reject mail. Using this method, Outlook Express will reject all mail with the words sex, porn, stars, viagra or debt. If you were sent an e-mail by a friend telling you a joke about viagra and you had this configuration Outlook Express would reject the mail.

When you have finished adding your keywords click OK.Next, you will have to select what you would like done with the mail if it contains any of these words. Make your choice and select it in window Number 2.

Outlook Express will now delete all mail containing the words viagra, sex, porn or debt. You just need to configure Outlook Express to your individual requirements to reject mail with your own specific keywords.
