Service Drop Out -
Some folk may of experienced a drop out of service between 1530 and 1600 on Saturday afternoon 11-
“Manx Telecom Ltd - Emergency Maintenance: NGN Broadband - Douglas North ISAM 24 reset ~ 11/07/09 15:30hrs-16:00hrs
Emergency maintenance work is about to take place at Douglas North Exchange. This work involves a hardware reset to a Douglas North ISAM (DGIN-ISAM-24) and will result in a temporary loss of Broadband ISP service for customers connected only to this ISAM.
The service disruption to Broadband ISP ADSL customers is estimated to be approximately 20 minutes.
All line cards in DGIN-ISAM-24 recovered following the reset and customers should experience no further issues.”
